Memberships are based on a calendar year and are subject to renewal plan and guidelines
Memberships are subject to LP Facility Policies
Monthly billing for Memberships (except Junior Pass) is available for $10 per month fee. 25% down-payment required plus any months dues past March 1, 2012.
A promissory note is required of any member who elects to pay in monthly installments.
Membership candidates are subject to the approval of Lake Presidential and may not be transferred.
In order to make charges to an account, members must pre-fund the account with at least $300.
‘In season’ constitutes April 1 through November 1, but may vary by 2 weeks, weather dependent based on management discretion.
