Lake Presidential is now home to The Institute, a world-class training facility in the Mid-Atlantic region designed to take golfers to the next level of their game. Players of all skill levels come to the Institute at Lake Presidential for top-notch instruction and to be custom-fitted for golf equipment with the utmost accuracy and precision.

The Institute is one of only 12 facilities in the world to feature a TaylorMade Performance Lab using the MATT System (Motion Analysis Technology by TaylorMade). Six separate synchronized high-speed cameras using motion capture technology instantaneously produces a three dimensional image of the subject throughout their swing.
The whole experience of a custom fitting at the Institute at Lake Presidential is conducted in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and includes driver, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putter. It is beneficial to men, women, and junior golfers of all ages and skill levels.
Our practice facilities and professional staff are dedicated to helping individuals or groups better their golf abilities and enjoy playing the game even more! Through a blend of traditional teaching methods and the use of technology, our staff will work with your objectives, time frame, and physical capabilities to set a mutual plan for improvement and be your “personal trainer and coach” to execute that plan. A variety of class structures can be arranged, and junior, corporate, and Saturday clinics are also offered.
The Institute at Lake Presidential is an indoor/outdoor facility that can be utilized year-round and shares a short-game practice area, putting green and spacious all-grass practice range with target greens.
